00 Zhang is a Chinese-born, London-based artist exploring themes of dislocation and connection, which she terms a "double-sided exile." Her practice envisions new forms of collective imagination that transcend national, gender, and religious boundaries. Working across sculpture, installation, CGI animation, and interactive digital environments, Zhang merges embodiment with cybernetic concepts, creating immersive worlds that blur the lines between physical and virtual realities. Recent exhibitions include X Virtual Gathering: Honey at X Museum, Beijing (2024), SPLIT, London (2024), and the Zabludowicz Collection, London (2023). She graduated from Central Saint Martins, London, in 2020.
