In this work we delve into the brain, searching for the mind. We long to experience other realities and imagine the mind will take us there. While standing inside this reality, we yearn to know what’s beyond it. The work is inspired by the centuries-old philosophical conundrum concerning the relationship of mind and matter, presented in a poetic representation. The title draws from a line by poet/musician Leonard Cohen.
