Vaal X Satore Studio (2020)

Teaming up with electronic musician and producer @Vaal aka Eliot Sumner. We used cutting edge virtual production and live lighting techniques to create a visually stunning virtual club-like environment to immerse viewers.

The use of a virtual set transcends the geographical and spatial limitations of a physical set to create a new and mesmerising medium. Combining greenscreens techniques, reactive LED screens, virtual cameras, and a host of custom pipelines meant we were able to key in real time Vaal into the virtual space, allowing her the creative freedom to perform a full concert or DJ set as in a live event. By driving the VFX, the performer fully inhabits the virtual and physical space, capturing the spirit of the moment with no post-production required.
