Realised as part of the Kunsthalle Zürich NFT edition programme, LCD 1 is a physical device for ASCII-art. It’s built around a very crisp monochrome liquid crystal display and it is capable to generate realtime animated text-art. It comes with a ERC-token. The hardware, the software and the token are custom made.
