The “Terminals” series is part of a larger and ongoing research about text- and ASCII-art started about ten years ago.
In this case the result is not realtime software but a series of pre-rendered video loops.
The movement and the procedural patterns are enhanced through the use of a color gradient (or solid colors in case of “Local Echoes”).
